Accessibility

These tools are built by one person and have not been through a formal audit. Rather than claim a standard that has not been tested, this page says what has been done, what is known to fall short, and how to get something fixed.

If a page does not work for you, that is a fault worth reporting and it will be treated as one.

What has been done

What is known to fall short

Said plainly, because a page that only lists successes is not an accessibility statement.

If something does not work

Email smartproductsuite@outlook.com with the page and what happened. You will get a reply from the person who built it, usually within two working days.

If a tool you have bought cannot be used because of an accessibility barrier that cannot be fixed quickly, you will be refunded. That is not a concession, it is what "not fit for purpose" means.

If you need something in a different format — a plain-text version, a printable copy, larger type — ask. It is usually a small job.
