For teams

Buying this for other people

If you are an L&D lead, an HR business partner or an operations director, you are not buying a planner for yourself. You need an invoice, a way to give thirty people access, and an honest answer about where a tool stops and a person has to start.

All three are below. If something you need is not here, ask — the answer will be a straight one.

Invoice and purchase order

The buy buttons on this site take cards, which is fine for an individual and no use to a budget holder. For anything you need to raise a PO against, email instead and you will get a proper invoice.

Team licences

A single purchase is a licence for one person. Buying several copies of the same tool works but is the expensive way round.

A team licence is one key covering an agreed number of people. Each person enters it once on their own device and their work saves against it. Adding someone later is a change to the licence, not a new purchase.

Team licences are priced per head and get cheaper with volume. Tell me the headcount and the tools and you will get a figure, not a quotation process.

Rolling it out

What actually works, from having done this across more than forty sites during agency transition:

If you want the rollout designed rather than described, that is advisory work and runs through Ground Truth Advisory at published fees.

Where a tool stops

Some of this material sits close to matters that belong to HR, not to a line manager with a planner. The Articulation Guide covers raising a concern on record and challenging a colleague's conduct. The Emotional Intelligence planner covers difficult conversations and psychological safety.

The line these tools hold

They help someone prepare and think clearly. They do not replace your process, and they say so at the point it matters.

Where a situation involves a grievance, a disciplinary, a protected characteristic, a safeguarding concern, someone's health, or anything with a legal consequence, the tools tell the user to stop and involve HR or the appropriate professional. That instruction is in the product, not just on this page.

If your policies use particular wording for that escalation point, say so and it can be reflected in a team deployment.
