Track record

Who built these, and on what

These tools are not a theory of management. They are what one operator worked out over nearly thirty years, mostly by getting it wrong first and writing down what worked the second time.

Everything on this page is a matter of record and can be checked.

The record

Client names, commercial figures and store-level detail are not published here. Some are under NDA and the rest belong to former employers rather than to me.

Recognition

Why the tools look the way they do

Every planner here started as something used on a real site under real pressure, not as a product idea. That is why they are short, why they ask uncomfortable questions early, and why none of them ask you to fill in a grid for its own sake.

It is also why the language is plainer than most management material. On a wet Tuesday with a month-end to land, nobody has the patience for a framework that needs explaining before it can be used.

What this page does not have

Customer testimonials. Not one.

Some of that is timing — these tools went on sale recently and the people using them are mostly working managers who did not buy a planner in order to write about it afterwards. Some of it is the trade: much of the work behind these tools sits under NDA or belongs to a former employer, and quoting it would be borrowing credibility that is not mine to lend.

So rather than assemble something that reads well and proves nothing, this page states what is verifiable and leaves the gap visible. If you have bought something here and it did or did not do the job, say so — that is the material this page is missing, and an honest bad review is more useful than a manufactured good one.

The other side of the desk

Where a problem needs diagnosing rather than a tool, that work runs under a separate practice: Ground Truth Advisory. Its fees are published and its data handling is written down, for the same reason this page exists.
