The brand
One principle, four ranges.
SMART was founded in 2026 by Helen Vernon, a senior commercial leader with thirty years in automotive retail. After stepping back from a Head of Business role, she set out to build the tools she'd always wished she'd had — and to master the technology reshaping how leaders work.
What began as digital planners has grown into a branded house of four ranges: SMART Productivity Planners, SMART AI, SMART Business, and DealPace (coming soon). The thread through all of it is one idea — clarity first, action second.
